Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site and Services.

The Site provides information about and access to Solana Synthetics’ decentralized synthetic asset products and blockchain-based applications. Access to certain products may require eligibility verification, including meeting jurisdictional and compliance requirements.
Solana Synthetics facilitates interaction with decentralized finance ("DeFi") protocols but does not control blockchain transactions or provide execution, settlement, or clearing services. All transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain and are subject to the inherent risks of blockchain technology.
2.2 User Requirements
By using the Services, you confirm that:
You are of legal age and capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are not a resident of any restricted jurisdiction, including Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or any other country prohibited under applicable laws.
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT).
2.3 Acknowledgements
You acknowledge that:
The Site and Services may be inaccessible at times due to maintenance, technical issues, or disruptions in underlying blockchain infrastructure.
The Services are subject to change, replacement, or discontinuation at any time without notice.
You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials. Loss of access to your private keys may result in permanent loss of assets.
Solana Synthetics does not act as your agent or fiduciary in connection with your use of the Services.
You are responsible for all blockchain-related fees (e.g., gas fees) incurred during your use of the Services. While we aim to provide accurate fee estimates, actual fees may vary.
Information provided on the Site or through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You may not use the Services for activities that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, disrupt the Site, or harm other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal transactions.
Introducing malware or unauthorized automated systems to the Site.
Circumventing access controls or using the Services to launder funds.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Site are owned by Solana Synthetics or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use such materials without prior written consent.

8.1 Blockchain Risks
By using the Services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including:
Volatility of synthetic assets.
Potential loss of private keys or wallet credentials.
Technological risks, including software bugs or blockchain forks.
8.2 No Guarantees
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Solana Synthetics does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solana Synthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed $50 or the amount of fees paid to Solana Synthetics in the preceding 12 months.
10.1 Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted in English, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
10.2 Waiver of Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
10.3 Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice to legal@sol-synthetics.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by Solana Synthetics, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solana Synthetics regarding the use of the Services.
